Op 9 januari gaat onze Olympische Open Water zwemkampioen Maarten van der Weijden een "thuistriathlon" doen. Dit alles in het kader van kankeronderzoek. Maarten heeft om "support" gevraagd en dus doen wij als team van triatleten mee aan deze prachtige actie.

Vanuit Zweden, Dubai, Singapore en Nederland supporten wij Maarten en gaan we een volle triathlon in ieder geval 4x volbrengen

Een "Full Triathlon" betekent 3800 m zwemmen, 180 km fietsen en 42.2 (marathon rennen). Dit gaan wij dus minimaal 4x doen!

en daar kunnen wij jullie support heel hard bij gebruiken

On the 9th of January, our Dutch Olympic Open Water Gold medalist Maarten van der Weijden will complete a "hometriathlon". All money raised willl be used for cancer research. Maarten has asked for support and therefor my team (The Flying Dutchman Team) will be present and contribute to this wonderful cause 

From Sweden, Dubai, Singapore and the Netherlands our triathletes will support Maarten and the goal is to complete a full distance triathlon at least 4 times!

A Full Distance triathlon means 3800m of swimming, 180k of cycling and running a marathon (42.2 km). So this is what we gonna do at least 4 times

and for that we can use all support possible from your side
